I am grateful for the illusion of sleeping in; a quick visit from the cable guy to verify the internet is functional; the cuddling cat; time for laundry and chores, but also drawing and piano practice; my delicious pre-workout brunch of green tea and two small waffles topped with mashed avocado and seasoning; the incredible second day of Spring-the day is a cacauphony upon the cool breeze, bird songs whistle through the flapping young green leaves of the freshly budded trees; the heat of the kissing sun hidden behind a white veil; emails about bees and Easter; feeling love in our home.
