The first two weeks of February were shrouded with a health scare. After a regular physical in the first week of February, I was in extreme pain which lasted the weekend until I was able to see a doctor on Monday. Shortly after that an ultrasound was scheduled which merely determined that I had waited too long to seek medical help. Fortunately, my body was quick to do the necessary self-healing it needed. I am grateful for my supportive coworkers (who urged me to go back to the doctors on Friday and in hindsight I should have listened), my supportive family, including Tyler who did all he could to make sure I was going to be alright (short of carrying me down the driveway and forcing me into the emergency room – for which I am also thankful), and my health.
